Oath of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR - the ceremonial solemn oath to give each citizen at the entry of the state Interior Ministry. Approved by Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from October 23, 1973 (Bulletin of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, 1973, N 43, Art. 603).
